I was really happy with the service I received here. I needed new brakes and dealership quote was quite high. I received a very fair estimate and moved forward replacing the brakes. They offered a loaner which was very helpful. Recommendations were made for future maintenance and seemed fair & reasonable. I will definitely bring my car back when the time comes.

I brought my 2012 528i to LSB after a local BMW dealership supposedly repaired my car. They charged 500 dollars and didn't fix anything. They recommended that I needed to replace my turbo. Well long story short, Trent and his team took their time, found something different and repaired my car right. I too, was given a loaner car and I cleaned it up and filled the tank upon its return. I was very impressed that the Mercedes loaner was in tip-top shape!! LSB, you earned my business!!

Dealing with Trent and his team of highly skilled mechanics was a very good experience...When you walk in the shop, you understand immediately that Lone Star Bavarian is a professional company, and they treat you like family!! No surprises on Anything, NO changing out parts to "see if that fixed it"Everything was professionally diagnosed, and communicated to me before any work was performed!! When you are spending hard earned money, you want it done right...These guys get it done RIGHT!! I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone needing work done on their BMW.

I needed a repair shop that specialized in German vehicles. I found this shop on google. My Mini Cooper Countryman was throwing codes, 8 to be exact and wasn’t drivable. I had it towed down to the shop thinking it would be a couple of days and a couple of thousand dollars. They called within a few hours and had it repaired. I’m sure this isn’t the norm but I was very happy knowing it was something simple and the shop was honest about the issue.

Always very friendly and their 2 year warranty on their service really gives you peace of mind. They always call and let you know what work needs to be done before doing it too! Had an issue one time and I reached out to the owner and it was resolved very professionally. Will continue to bring my Mercedes here as long as I live in the area.
