This is my first BMW, and I was to the point where I was either going to trade in my car or repair it as my check engine light was on, and I was due for an inspection. As a woman, I often feel overwhelmed when it comes to car repairs, but after reading reviews from several shops, I decided to go with Lone Star Bavarian to service my car. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the women at the front desk were friendly, understanding, and attentive. They were able to fix all of the problems with my car, and I was back on the road within a couple of days. They also noticed additional issues that I was aware of but did not pressure me into fixing them, instead offering a recommendation. I particularly appreciated that my car was stored indoors, under surveillance, rather than left outside. Additionally, they provided me with a loaner car, which was a major advantage, as I couldn't be left without transportation. The loaner car was in excellent condition. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new, I fell in love with my car all over again! It was thoroughly cleaned and very well taken care of and drives like the first day I bought it. I was so impressed with the quality of care my car received that I will definitely recommend Lone Star Bavarian to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

Outstanding! My 2008 BMW 335i had several issues that needed to be fixed (multiple oil leaks, headlight not working, caution and warning lights illuminated.) All this work was completed in only 3 days. Trent personally spoke with me to explain all the repairs, and ensure I was completely satisfied. Also, the Dogs are awesome to hang out with while you wait. Although I have had good experiences with BMW dealership maintenance departments in the past, I will be returning to Lone Star Bavarian for my next BMW service call. If you want the best, take your car here!

My Mini Cooper was misdiagnosed at the dealership. Lone Star Bavarian fixed the actual problem and the repairs cost less than half of what the dealership wanted. They were fast, professional, and so friendly. I feel good knowing that I have an honest repair shop when I need it next. Thanks Lone Star Bavarian!

Been using Lone Star exclusively since my warranty at the dealer expired on my 2005 BMW 525 back in 2011. Always helpful, accurate and consistent in how they treat customers. Will continue using Trent and his team until this BMW moves on to the next plain.
