After over 30 years of being a customer, my BMW dealership advised me they no longer wish to work on older cars like mine. After searching the Internet and talking to other BMW owners of older vehicles, one name kept coming up to go to for service in DFW, “Lone Star Bavarian”.I highly recommend using Lone Star. I reached out via the website for an estimate on my late model Mercedes. I very quickly received a text asking for clarity because my explanation didn’t make sense. I sent the dealer report, which cleared it up. A very clear, precise estimate was received the next day that included an alternative repair that, in their experience, was more likely to be the issue than the dealer’s diagnosis. I amExtremely impressed with their professionalism and fully intend to utilize them in the future.

Stopped in on the way driving from Houston to Santa Fe when my car started having trouble with the belly pan falling off. Called in and they were very helpful on the phone and even fixed the problem free of charge. Highly recommend coming here!

Trent and staff are very knowledgeable and explained each detail from start to finish. I felt that there was no pressure to do things or forced to have items replaced or repaired. Heather and Nicole were very nice and kept me informed about my car from drop off to pick up. It's just really good to have an option other than the dealership for BMW's. I would highly recommend Lone Star and will continue to use them in the future.

I needed a repair shop that specialized in German vehicles. I found this shop on google. My Mini Cooper Countryman was throwing codes, 8 to be exact and wasn’t drivable. I had it towed down to the shop thinking it would be a couple of days and a couple of thousand dollars. They called within a few hours and had it repaired. I’m sure this isn’t the norm but I was very happy knowing it was something simple and the shop was honest about the issue.
