Very friendly staff and a cute little dog running around as the mascot lol. The shuttle service they offer was extremely helpful because I didn’t have a ride to and from work. My car was repaired at a price that beats the dealership’s prices and they cleaned my car after they did the repair. Great place, great service and great people.

Other shops told me that I needed a new transfer case for my BMW X5. I was quoted thousands of dollars. Lone Star Bavarian said all that need to be done was to change the transfer case fluid and reset. They were right! They saved me a small fortune.Thank you again.

Really impressed with this place so far. Went in for a diagnostic - they charged 1 hour and provided a lot of feedback. They vacuumed some of the car and it looked like it almost was detailed. Really clean and nice shop. Super Impressed.

I drive a 2009 328i’. I have been taking my car to Lone Star for years. Trent, Nicole and Megan are easy to work with; I don’t know the mechanics’ names but their work speaks for itself. You can expect honesty and transparency from a company who loves cars. As well as their clients
