First time here - and what a great experience.To start off, they accommodated my appointment request on the spur of the moment because I had taken off work to meet another service shop's appointment which that shop screwed up.The staff was friendly and professional. Not only was the fee for my service fair but it actually came out less than what was quoted. By the way, when was the last time you heard, "no, the air filter doesn't need changing yet." Right?And, to cap it off, they replaced - AT NO CHARGE - the tow-ring attachment lost by the other service shop the last time the car was in there.Thanks, LSB.

I really appreciate their honest assessment of the vehicle and that they think about more than what you bring it in for. They gave me no pressure advice on things that needed done. The dealership was giving us the run around on an issue that they fixed for a very fair price. I also appreciate that they warranty their work for 2 years for normal mileage. My schedule is extremely busy at work with meetings all day and they text updates/questions so I don’t have to interrupt the group. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and easy to work with. She took time to talk to my daughter even though I’m sure she had a lot to do. They have definitely earned my business!
