Stopped in on the way driving from Houston to Santa Fe when my car started having trouble with the belly pan falling off. Called in and they were very helpful on the phone and even fixed the problem free of charge. Highly recommend coming here!

Mercedes dealership quoted approximately $5,500 for a repair including replacements that exceeded the Mercedes quoted trade-in value of the vehicle. Basically, buy a new car. Bavarian was able to perform the same service at less than half, both timely and affordably, by repairing (knocking out) what could be repaired and only replacing what can not be repaired. Car better than before. I'm a happy customer who has only used dealerships for 30 years. Now I know.

Took my RV Sprinter for the AC not blowing properly. Mike was able to look at it right away. Excellent and prompt service, I will definitely be bringing it back for all my repair needs. Nick at the front was very professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I am recommending Lone Star to all my co workers and friends that own a Mercedes

It had to do with my audio and we hit some issues but, Trent was of great help. Some sound was restored and but looking forward to get all sound back to fully working status! Thanks guys.

From start to finish the experience was seamless. I made an appointment to take my car in for an air conditioning issue. It was not blowing cold and I attempted to do my own Freon recharge but it was not successful. Once I took it in, they found the issue being my valves and explained it to me in a way that I could understand. They let me know of other things that my car needed maintenance on and what to keep an eye on. I really appreciated their honesty and kindness. I am definitely going to be a loyal customer moving forward! Will be letting know all my friends who need car help go there!

I have had BMW cars since 1992 - they are great fun and rewarding to own and drive - they have their quirks - it can be frustrating taking them to dealers where you are communicating with a "service adviser" and not the guy doing the work - Trent and his team know these cars inside and out and Trent will give you an honest assessment and estimate - Lone Star Bavarian is the best in DFW and I have sent numerous acquaintances their way - if you own a BMW, and especially, if have your eye on one, make sure you have Trent look it over first and give you a pre-purchase report - you wont regret it.
