I’ve been coming to Lone Star Bavarian for 5+ years and continuously impressed with the level of professionalism and detail from the staff. Even after nothing more than just an oil change, Trent makes it a priority to wash the car inside and out and return it cleaner than it was when dropped off.Labor charges are extremely fair and the staff is not pushy on additional suggested work. Took a little longer than anticipated, through no fault of their own (parts supplier dropped the ball ). All work done professionally at a fair price , Bonus : owner answered all my questions about future maintenance and other things about my car (very personable and no up selling )!

Well I will first say that they are on top of their business and let me know exactly what my diagnosis was. The price of the diagnosis is less than what the BMW dealership quoted me. Once they told me what issues I had they gave me the option to fix them or not. Once I gave them the thumbs upthey got right to it. I'm so far not any issues yet and I have a 2015 740li.
