Trent & his crew have been steadfast in investigating a constant issue with my 2010 Mini Cooper. Until recently there were not “codes” whenever the car died in transit. No matter when or where, they would take the car and have a loaner for me so they could check the engine. They were able to pinpoint the issue and repair it... I cannot say enough good things about this shop, their focus on repairing an issue and their constant customer service.

MB dealer diagnosed a front differential leak. Lone Star gave a second opinion: No differential leak. Leak was from front timing cover and was oil not differential fluid. Repair was half the dealership quoted price and addressed the real problem. Took them a while to get to it, but they did a great job. Also they gave me a ride back home when I dropped off the cat. Very pleasant to deal with.

I highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian. The owner, Trent Cole, runs his business with excellent customer service. Urgent repairs have been needed on my vehicle on two occasions and they had my car repaired within 24 hours both times. I also like that they have loaner cars available, if needed. I prefer Lone Star over BMW dealership service shops because I can trust that only necessary repairs and maintenance is being recommended and completed on my BMW X5.

Beautiful privately owned shop with a carefully crafted staff of car enthusiasts that truly love what they do. The owner is always on-site, incredibly knowledgeable, and ready to help at the drop of a hat. I have a stubborn 335is Sport hard top convertible that was parked in a garage for three years that they have helped me resurrect and now she whips around curves like God intended. If you have a luxury vehicle, don't mess with dealerships or corner garages. Bring it to the people whose jaws drop when you pull in because they know how cool it is and are excited to have an opportunity to work on it. I won't take my bimmer anywhere else.
