Very honest and trustworthy people. I sent a BMW that I thought was out of factory warranty to their shop for repairs to the A/C system. Not only did they find the problem, but also discovered that the vehicle was actually still within the warranty period! It ended up costing me nothing when I expected to pay several hundred for repairs. Thanks Samantha!

I have had BMW cars since 1992 - they are great fun and rewarding to own and drive - they have their quirks - it can be frustrating taking them to dealers where you are communicating with a "service adviser" and not the guy doing the work - Trent and his team know these cars inside and out and Trent will give you an honest assessment and estimate - Lone Star Bavarian is the best in DFW and I have sent numerous acquaintances their way - if you own a BMW, and especially, if have your eye on one, make sure you have Trent look it over first and give you a pre-purchase report - you wont regret it.
