I needed a post purchase inspection and oil change and found these guys on google. Nicole was amazing and explained everything to me as far as the financial side. They arranged a ride for me to go back to work while they worked on my car, and the driver was great conversation and professional. I appreciate the good communication, explanations on things I didn’t understand, quality work and reasonable pricing. I won’t let anyone else touch my BMW.

Called last Friday (May 2) and made an appointment for Wednesday (May 7).I arrived at around 8 am and spoke with Nicole at the front desk about my appointment and what service my car needed (transmission service). They provided a ride home and shortly Nicole called and gave me a price for the service needed and I agreed.She stated that my car 2007 BMW 550i would be ready later in the day.I received a call around 1 or 2 pm to say that my car was ready. Nicole sent the driver to pick me up.The driver arrived quickly and I paid my bill and left.They had washed my car and vacuumed the inside (very nice Thanks for that).Nicole was very professional and made everything a smooth transaction.JH

I brought my 2012 528i to LSB after a local BMW dealership supposedly repaired my car. They charged 500 dollars and didn't fix anything. They recommended that I needed to replace my turbo. Well long story short, Trent and his team took their time, found something different and repaired my car right. I too, was given a loaner car and I cleaned it up and filled the tank upon its return. I was very impressed that the Mercedes loaner was in tip-top shape!! LSB, you earned my business!!

I had an amazing experience. I came in for a post purchase inspection (extremely detailed) and was pressed for time. My vehicle was ready early. I arrived to it being washed and vacuumed. Being a busy mom, that’s one less thing on my plate and I appreciate that.

Very friendly staff and a cute little dog running around as the mascot lol. The shuttle service they offer was extremely helpful because I didn’t have a ride to and from work. My car was repaired at a price that beats the dealership’s prices and they cleaned my car after they did the repair. Great place, great service and great people.
