In the past, always used Autobahn BMW. I encountered a tricky maintenance item that the dealer confessed only a modest rate of success in performing.Researched Lone Star’s reputation and work. Lone Star did the job and the outcome was excellent. I conclude the floor and ceiling of their technician’s skill level is higher than Autobahn’s. Happy with their work.

I drive a 2009 328i’. I have been taking my car to Lone Star for years. Trent, Nicole and Megan are easy to work with; I don’t know the mechanics’ names but their work speaks for itself. You can expect honesty and transparency from a company who loves cars. As well as their clients

Honesty and Integrity are not words often used in the same sentence for repair facilities lately. Lone Star excels at both. They were open and honest about what it would take to resolve my issue and pointed me in the right direction. They could have sold me services I didn’t need, but they chose the long game of doing the right thing. This has been my experience over and over again with Lone Star. And that’s why I’ve been coming to them for over 15 years.

Trent and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful in explanations. The mechanic work is outstanding and fast (once you get in lol) they stay booked, and that’s the sort of shop you should want. Highly recommend for your European vehicle 👍👍

Mercedes dealership quoted approximately $5,500 for a repair including replacements that exceeded the Mercedes quoted trade-in value of the vehicle. Basically, buy a new car. Bavarian was able to perform the same service at less than half, both timely and affordably, by repairing (knocking out) what could be repaired and only replacing what can not be repaired. Car better than before. I'm a happy customer who has only used dealerships for 30 years. Now I know.

Lone Star Bavarian was awesome... my first time taking my newly acquired E92 M3 there for an oil change and an A/C recharge. Service was quick, oil and filters used were top notch, and they found the source of my failing A/C to be a $10 part! The honesty and integrity of work is excellent, and they know their German vehicles. This is where I'll be servicing my BMW always.
