The facility was exceptional, service and customer care are excellent. After getting a quote for services at the local dealer, I went to Lone Star Bavarian. Not only did I save a significant amount of money, but the work was also spot on. I highly recommend. FYI, I have a 2018 Audi A4 Quattro.

By FARRRRRR, the best people that have worked on my car. Apparently, bmws are like a cactus, everyone is scared to touch them, except the brave ones.They fixed my car within 5 hours of having it. When the BMW dealership couldn’t even figure out how customer service works.Easy, fast, friendly, and professional is all located here. I will be returning, and I will be sending people your way.Thank you for working on my “cactus”. 😉

The folks at Lone Star Bavarian were super knowledgeable. They took the time to look through the car and bring things to my attention. Anything they found they showed me and gave me options on how to move forward. Trent does a great job by providing a business that allows his employees to be friendly and happy to help the customers. I highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian to folks that have a European car that needs some attention and want to learn more about their vehicle. I will be going back shortly to get a much needed suspension overhaul!

Trent was an absolute pleasure to work with — knowledgeable about my MINI, took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, was up front with cost and timing, and took the extra time to vacuum the inside before returning.Thankfully this visit was a simple battery swap, but I have absolutely found my new home for local MINI service.

If I could give them more stars I would, they went way above and beyond what I expected. I have a 2013 Audi S6 that had a transmission failure, They sourced a reman unit and found a good used 1. They contacted my warranty company , They warranty company took a week to get their inspector out to look at it, another week to get the work approved. By then the good used transmission was gone. So Trent and his team located another on, but determined it was not worth installing . Well it turns out I have a odd ball transmission , which became nearly impossible to locate another 1. For over a month they kept trying to find another 1 with no luck. The whole time Trent and his team kept me in the loop as to what is going on. I finally made the call to just get the reman unit from Audi. I picked up the car and was very impressed , as always Trent and his staff were very respectful explained any questions that I had. I get to the car it was very well cleaned no finger prints or marks that should not be there.I am very picky when it comes to other people working on my cars and Trent and his team are by far the best that I have ever dealt with. If you have a Audi or any other brand of car they work on I would highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian long before I would recommend taking it to the dealer.
