Saved my biscuit!! Was in town from out of town and a light went on in my mini Cooper. They got me right in no problem that morning!! So GRATEFUL, gal in the front was SUPER helpful while I was so stressed. Customer service was above and beyond. I like this place for a lot of reasons; it’s close to my house, the employees are friendly and helpful, they have loaner vehicles and the price seems fair. Highly recommend

My wife's pride and joy, 2103 Bentley Continental GT Speed, had the front air suspension leak to the point that it would not raise enough off the wheel wells. One of those not if but when repairs that Bentleys need. I spoke to Trent at Lone Star Bavarian and he was very helpful with how to get the vehicle to his shop and his knowledge of Bentleys. They provided a very reasonable estimate for the repair that was half of what another non mentioned facility had quoted in the past. I also wanted regular maintenance performed and they came back with recommended services and other fixes with again a reasonable estimate. All of the services, to include a front end body part, were done very quickly and the car looked beautifully detailed when we picked it up. This is the first time that I had that car in for service and it did not come out of service with more problems than it arrived with. Again won't mention the overpriced Dallas Bentley repair place that created more problems than they ever fixed with our vehicle. Very appreciative to Lone Star Bavarian for the great job that they did and the knowledge that if anything does go wrong with the vehicle I have a close, fair, and reliable place to take it.
