Never took my car to this place, but just called to find out how much a wheel alignment was. I was quoted $290. This is even higher than the BMW dealer who quoted me at ~$200. Why is the wheel alignment price more expensive than the dealer? I placed the rating at the average since I have no other information about this place.

From the warm welcoming smile as I entered the front door to the fun banter with the owner to the knowledgeable technicians to the status updates to the service... This was bar far the best automotive repair experience I have had in the great state of Texas! Quick diagnosis and reasonable price repair with a smile. I will never take my Audi anywhere else.

First time here and will 100% be back. Very knowledgeable, amazing service and my car was CLEAN on pickup. I know that doesn’t seem like a big deal but it made my day and was a very appreciated surprise! I rarely get time to clean my car so I am very thankful. Car drives like new and the shop was very accommodating. Best place around hands down!

Lone Star Bavarian was awesome... my first time taking my newly acquired E92 M3 there for an oil change and an A/C recharge. Service was quick, oil and filters used were top notch, and they found the source of my failing A/C to be a $10 part! The honesty and integrity of work is excellent, and they know their German vehicles. This is where I'll be servicing my BMW always.

After a recent service, Trent emailed me a thorough explanation of the diagnostics and work that went into fixing my C250. I came away convinced that the quality of the work was outstanding and the price I was charged was very reasonable. These folks are professionals and then some. I bought some parts from FCPEURO (fully intending to install them myself) but had some wicked electrical issues with my E89 Z4 (verging on rage selling it), so I handed over the lot and asked them to do some key things once the electrical gremlins were resolved. They cast out the electrical demons! They also performed some key maintenance items for me and the price was below the estimate. Well done. I very highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian and encourage you to check out the sweet vintage Bimmer motorcycle in the showroom alongside the cute doggies.

From start to finish the experience was seamless. I made an appointment to take my car in for an air conditioning issue. It was not blowing cold and I attempted to do my own Freon recharge but it was not successful. Once I took it in, they found the issue being my valves and explained it to me in a way that I could understand. They let me know of other things that my car needed maintenance on and what to keep an eye on. I really appreciated their honesty and kindness. I am definitely going to be a loyal customer moving forward! Will be letting know all my friends who need car help go there!
