After over 30 years of being a customer, my BMW dealership advised me they no longer wish to work on older cars like mine. After searching the Internet and talking to other BMW owners of older vehicles, one name kept coming up to go to for service in DFW, “Lone Star Bavarian”.I highly recommend using Lone Star. The company is run like a family business that cares about their customers and employees.

Been using Lone Star exclusively since my warranty at the dealer expired on my 2005 BMW 525 back in 2011. Always helpful, accurate and consistent in how they treat customers. Will continue using Trent and his team until this BMW moves on to the next plain.

I needed a post purchase inspection and oil change and found these guys on google. Nicole was amazing and explained everything to me as far as the financial side. They arranged a ride for me to go back to work while they worked on my car, and the driver was great conversation and professional. I appreciate the good communication, explanations on things I didn’t understand, quality work and reasonable pricing. I won’t let anyone else touch my BMW.

By FARRRRRR, the best people that have worked on my car. Apparently, bmws are like a cactus, everyone is scared to touch them, except the brave ones.They fixed my car within 5 hours of having it. When the BMW dealership couldn’t even figure out how customer service works.Easy, fast, friendly, and professional is all located here.
