Scheduled a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle from CarMax. They did a thorough job and gave me a detailed report. I used that report to get those items corrected before I took delivery. The value of the fixes was greater than the cost of the pre-purchase inspection. So, Lone Star Bavarian confirmed the car was in good condition and helped me get it improved! Since I’m based in Houston they also shared a referral to another reputable indy bmw shop in my area. Apparently they’re part of a nationwide bmw service center association, so u know they’re serious about their business. Thank you Lone Star!!🌟🙌

Went here for a second opinion on a repair that the BMW dealership said was needed. Very pleased with the service and the personnel. Work was completed on time, was kept updated on the progress, even shown the defective part. Would highly recommend this business for German car owners.

It had to do with my audio and we hit some issues but, Trent was of great help. Some sound was restored and but looking forward to get all sound back to fully working status! Thanks guys.

After a recent service, Trent emailed me a thorough explanation of the diagnostics and work that went into fixing my C250. I came away convinced that the quality of the work was outstanding and the price I was charged was very reasonable. I've used Lone Star Bavarian since 2015 and recommended their service to several friends and will continue to do so.

I REALLY like this service center! Lone Star Bavarian has always provided professional service for our 2017 BMW. Great service prices, professional employees and quick communication are all hallmarks of this business and, if you choose to wait at location during your service, they have a great customer waiting area with TV and free Wi_Fi. After service was complete, they even washed and vacuumed our car. Awesome!

Needed urgent alternator replacement for 2011 328i.Alternator/belts/pulleys replaced along with brake flush and complimentary wash/interior detailing completed the next day after vehicle was dropped off. Car runs perfectly. Customer service was good. Staff are proud to work there and are transparent about other recommendations. Work is warrantied for 2 years. Shop is very experienced…. I will certainly come back when needed.Thanks Trent for the good work. Glad to support your business.

So far, so good. My 2010 Mini needed quite a lot of work. Quite costly but fair compared to dealerships. They took care of the issues we requested to be diagnosed and found a few others that were taken care of. Loved my first time smaller shop experience with Nicole, Trent and tech who responded promptly with explanations of anything we did not understand. Inclement weather of rain and freezing temps after it was dropped off made it take longer than planned but no problem.

I have been using Lone Star for several years now and I can't say enough good things about them. They have always gone above and beyond when it came to service, the staff is polite, the technicians know their stuff and the dogs are a bonus.

First time going to Lone Star Bavarian... my Mini CooperS, BMW 335I and 330CI now have a new home! Outstanding customer service from Nick, Service Advisor to Trent, the Owner. Trent knows his stuff... so refreshing to talk to the man himself. Job on Mini was completed ahead of time so my son and I headed over to pick it up and just happened to bump into to owner. Trent is on another level and a great person to talk to but also VERY knowledgeable. He is a car enthusiast and loves to talk about cars. Lone Star Bavarian creates a welcoming experience and goes that extra step to make sure the customer is satisfied.
