Trent has an innate knowledge of what is needed regardless of the reason your vehicle isn't top drawer. Very honest and trustworthy people. I sent a BMW that I thought was out of factory warranty to their shop for repairs to the A/C system. Not only did they find the problem, but also discovered that the vehicle was actually still within the warranty period! It ended up costing me nothing when I expected to pay several hundred for repairs. Thanks Samantha!
